Apparel & Merchandise

All apparel and merchandise are produced through Print-on-Demand. Because each item is made specifically for your order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We do not offer refunds for sizing, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with the Print-on-Demand provider to resolve it.

Digital Products

Most apparel and merchandise items are created using Print-on-Demand.
This means:

  • Each item is made after your order is placed

  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days

  • Production timelines may be longer during holidays or high-volume seasons

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Average delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to show movement.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs

  • High-volume seasons
