⭐ Reflection: But God... ⭐
Sometimes we pray for the big miracle and overlook the quiet miracles God has been performing all along.
Today, I stopped long enough to look back.
Not at what I still need...
But at what God has already done.
But God...
A new furnace.
A new water heater.
A new air conditioner.
A new adjustable bed base at no cost.
Partial roof repair.
Driveway seal coating.
A basement that's being restored.
When I was standing in the middle of the flood, I couldn't see any of this.
I didn't know how it would all come together.
I didn't know where the resources would come from.
I didn't know how I would move from one project to the next.
But God did.
I've learned that God's faithfulness isn't always loud.
Sometimes it looks like one answered prayer at a time.
One open door at a time.
One provision at a time.
One step at a time.
There are still things on my list.
There are still prayers I'm believing God to answer.
But today, I choose gratitude over worry.
Today, I choose to remember His faithfulness.
Sometimes, all we need to do is pause long enough to see the evidence.
When I look back over this season of my life, I have only one conclusion...
But God.
